In today's podcast, Dr. Ghozland sits down with Su Lim, a therapist specializing in a wide variety of fields ranging from Short-Term Psychodynamic Therapy (ISTDP) and Dynamic Emotion Focused Therapy, Couples and Sex Therapy, to today's topic, CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia).
