One of the biggest struggles I've had, and many people for that matter, is improving my skillset of humility. Being wrong isn't a great feeling, and it's a main reason people won't speak up. Nowadays, I prefer to be the dumbest person in the room, which is why I consume so many books, podcasts, documentaries, and anything else that i feel I can learn. This was a great book to add to that skillset.
