Millie Hull and her sister Annie Zeller are Certified "Diet Free Life" Nutritionists. They are sisters with a long-standing passion for Food and Fitness. They incorporate Millie’s experience in the fitness industry with Annie’s nutrition education over the years to create a dynamic coaching program designed with women in mind!
Millie shares her background as a fitness instructor and dancer who struggled with fibromyalgia and chronic pain. Millie talks about how fitness and movement are not a "one size fits all" activity. We each must listen to our bodies to know what they need.
Millie talks about how movement helped her feel more confident and happier. She and her sister have a passion for helping women to stop the diet cycle to feel happier and healthier in their own skin.
Millie shares how she was able to "adapt"her exercise routine to the needs of her body and the symptoms of her chronic illness. Sometimes we don't have to exercise harder, but smarter.
