In the past three weeks, I’ve been diving DEEP into the habit of overeating so that I can help you finally unwind it. Permanently.

Because the truth is, there's always a reason behind our overeating. It never happens randomly, or by accident, or because we just don't have enough willpower.
There's always an underlying cause.
And when you discover what that underlying cause actually is, unlearning the habit of overeating becomes so much easier.
Today's episode completes our three-part series on Unwinding the Habit of Overeating.

On this episode we’re talking about why restrictive diets fail - they force us to make HUGE shifts in our eating and our relationship with food overnight. They force us to make too many big changes WAY too quickly….so, of course we fail - that approach to habit change isn’t realistic or sustainable. It’s a recipe for failure.
But today I’m showing you a better approach. I will walk you step-by-step through how to change a habit without it feeling the least bit restrictive or painful. My evidence-based process is doable and sustainable…which makes it permanent.
