Good morning, Atlanta! Your friendly neighborhood weather guru here with the scoop on what Mother Nature has in store for us.
Today's looking like a cloudy party with temperatures hanging around a crisp 52 degrees Fahrenheit. We've got an east wind dancing at around 10 miles per hour, with some spicy little gusts up to 20 miles per hour to keep things interesting.
Tonight, we're keeping it mostly cloudy with temperatures dipping down to a cool 43 degrees Fahrenheit. That east wind is still hanging around, keeping us company.
Friday's bringing a 30 percent chance of showers after 1 pm, so grab that umbrella! Temperatures will cool down to about 49 degrees Fahrenheit with winds picking up to 15 miles per hour.
The weekend's looking wet, folks! Saturday's forecast is basically a watercolor painting of rain, with showers likely throughout the day and temperatures climbing to a mild 61 degrees Fahrenheit. Saturday night, we're looking at an 90 percent chance of precipitation with potential thunderstorms.
Sunday offers a bit of a break with partly sunny skies and temperatures reaching a pleasant 68 degrees Fahrenheit. We'll see a slight chance of showers in the morning.
Next week starts off gorgeous with mostly sunny conditions on Monday, temperatures around 64 degrees Fahrenheit. Tuesday brings a 40 percent chance of showers, keeping things interesting.
