The proceeds from Speed Rack go to raising money to fight and prevent breast cancer. It has had 9 seasons and has raised over 1 million dollars for the cause. It is also a platform that brings women in hospitality together to support each other and build a community. Speed Rack has expanded to 6 countries and is continuing to grow.

Within her own company, Lynnette Marrero Mixology, she’s been featured on Master Class to host its very first mixology master class. She also offers brand consulting, cocktail styling, Virtual Experiences on how to create specialty cocktails, and works with high-end restaurants to hire and train the staff, help design the bar and create custom cocktails. She also makes herself available when she can for speaking engagements, such as this podcast.
