In this episode, I want to talk about getting off the emotional roller coaster of your fertility journey which can causes stress.

Trying to conceive can get stressful when it is taking longer than you'd like. We need ways to relieve that stress so we can rest, connect with God and have productive days. I'm going to share my 3 favorite ways to move/workout that can aid in relieving stress.
