The subject of two books, it has been trialed in two psychiatric facilities with hundreds of patients, getting positive metrics, as well as many enthusiastic testimonials. Dr. Skolnick is a Zen Buddhist meditator (now teacher) of 43-years. He writes lectures and has a company that disseminates that method.
