The holiday season for many can be a magical and fun time of year, but for a lot of people, it can also bring with it feelings of extreme Christmas stress, busyness, & overwhelm.
This week we’ll be launching TINAH’s 12 Days of Christmas Chaos to Calm challenge - designed to give you a moment of calm amidst the chaos of the holidays and manage your stress levels this Christmas.
Whether you’re running in between Christmas work parties, having to socialize with people you don’t really like, or stressed about spending money on gifts for your second cousin twice removed… we’ve got you!
We’ll help you come back to the present moment, by guiding you through a 5-10 minute daily practice that you can easily integrate into your day to help you eliminate any stress or overwhelm that comes up for you during this holiday season.
Here’s how it’s going to work:
- From 9th - 20th December, we’ll be releasing a DAILY 5-10 minute podcast episode on our YouTube, Spotify & Apple playlists.
- In each episode, we’ll guide you through a wellness practice tailored to help you move from chaos to calm at any point during your day.
- Sign up to our mailing list here to receive the full workbook with ALL of the daily prompts dropped directly into your inbox helping you to integrate these exercises into your life.
