Welcome to Thriving in the Chaos! I've mentioned in various podcasts as a host and guest as well as blog posts and workshops how important it is to own your financials. In fact, I even have a service called own your financials. But what does that mean? How do you do that? Why should you do that?
This will be a very short episode this week but only because it's probably the most important so I want you to listen to the whole thing!
I've talked about what your financials are (that is, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statement) so if you've been following my podcast, you'll know all about those already. But whose responsibility are those? Your bookkeeper? Your CPA? Well those folks prepare them for you but you, my dear business owner founder entrepreneur, you own those.
