In the first ever episode of Thrivin' through MS, Sportin MS' founder Antoinette sits down with her podcast manager to share her own Multiple Sclerosis story.
Antoinette talks about the challenging period she went through as she was being diagnosed with MS and coming to terms with her condition. She then goes onto provide a very basic overview as to what MS is and how it is usually treated, but why it is so difficult to manage mentally and emotionally because it is such a subjective condition. Antoinette finally goes onto share her mission for the charity and the philosophy behind Sportin MS, which aims to help people thrive and live their lives to the full, despite being diagnosed with MS.
