Chris is an academic and trainer based in London who is currently finishing a PhD looking at the impact of fitness social media on men's body image and exercise motivation. He also has a Master's degree in nutrition and has worked with clients in the fitness industry for over ten years. More recently Chris has expanded into consulting and presenting on topics including body image, healthy social media use, motivation and broader mental and physical health.
