When it comes to the brands we love and trust, loyalty is what we’re giving. Question is, what does it take to not only win us, but keep us? The Two Marketeers take the perspective of both consumer and marketer to understand what it takes for today’s loyalty programs to meet the diverse needs and growing expectations of the ever-evolving consumer.

Rewards programs are nothing new. We have grown to love our points, perks, and even promotions. In a world where brands can and often do understand us better than ever, the competition is fierce, with the consumer now in power.
