In this episode I dive into how our incredible bodies have the power to heal themselves when we give them the right support. I talk about how our cells are always working to keep us balanced, the role of free radicals, and why antioxidants are so important. I also share my personal experience with HPV and how focusing on supporting my body helped me heal. I explain that our health depends on what we put into our bodies and what we let go of, both physically and mentally.
