Imagine yourself sitting or lying down in front of a warm, crackling fireplace.
The soft glow of the fire illuminates the room, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere.
Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through your nose, holding it for a moment before exhaling slowly through your mouth.
Inhale…
Hold for a moment…
Exhale….
Repeat this breathing cycle three times, allowing yourself to sink deeper into relaxation with each breath.
While breathing, focus on the sound of the wood burning in the fireplace.
