This week we are joined by Amy Lea, an astrologer, human design analyst, energy & nervous system practitioner, coach and mentor.
In part one of this two-parter, Amy talks us through Astrology 101. Amy covers:
- What astrology is and how it looks at the planetary placements at the moment of birth to understand life themes and energetic qualities.
- The "Big Three" - the Sun, Moon and Rising sign. The Sun is most people's star sign and makes up about 70% of who they are. The Moon and Rising sign provide more context.
- She defined the elements (Fire, Earth, Air, Water) and modalities (Cardinal, Fixed, Mutable) that astrological signs fall under.
- Amy shared her background and journey to astrology and human design.
Before chatting to Amy the girls cover a lot of ground inclusing: a new hot spot in the area, Home of Plenty, the Danish Royal Family (DRF) & coronation, Steph's "health foods", supermarket meat cycle, Faerie smut, landscaping & Saltburn.
