Let's be real: the only time we'll be completely stress-free is when we're done and dusted, pushing up daisies, or whatever euphemism you prefer for the great beyond. Stress is part of the contract we signed when we decided to exist. Ok, maybe that's a bit rich, but stress is in fact an unavoidable part of life. It's a healthy, sometimes annoying, at it's worst a debilitating health risk, but ultimately it's purpose is to evoke a beneficial response to our environment.

But hold on, since the dawn of time both we and our surroundings have undergone some serious upgrades. Now, instead of casually hunting mammoths, we're perpetually switched on, plugged in, chasing after modern-day lions (read: jobs, businesses, and inbox), and sprinting away from metaphorical bears (deadlines, bills, and Karen from accounting).

So, how do we manage all this? How do we keep our sanity in check while juggling flaming swords and riding a unicycle on a tightrope? How do we lead ourselves and be led by ourselves without looking like confused tourists lost in the stress city of life?

In this episode, Tiff and I, R. Andrew Pacuccio (we will explain that on the show) are tackling the ultimate paradox: we have all the answers, yet we can't seem to follow our own advice. Why do we keep white-knuckling it, doing things we'd never recommend to a client, employee, or friend, only to smash into that inevitable wall? Spoiler alert: it’s because we’re human, and humans are hilariously complex.

Get ready for a rollercoaster ride of self-reflection, laughter, and maybe a few "aha!" moments as we explore the wild world of stress management. We'll share stories, tips, and a healthy dose of humor to help you navigate work and life without losing your marbles. So grab your coffee (or something stronger), sit back, and let's dive into the madness together!
