In this episode, I have the pleasure of having Beverley Webb with me on the show.
With her own lived experience as a survivor of sexual abuse, being brought up within the care system, and being part of a toxic family environment, Beverley specialises in Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and is passionate about opening conversations to enable awareness and support for others.
Having recovered from Chronic Fatigue herself, she is also able to identify with her clients and has her own experience with the effects of Trauma, being Physical, Mental (neurological), and Emotional.

As a Specialist Practitioner with The Chrysalis Effects working with the Emotional and Relationship section of the recovery programme is her area of expertise for referral.

Beverley is a multi-award winning Practitioner and in addition to her Wellbeing Coaching accreditation with The Chrysalis Effect and the ILM, she is also certified in Trauma recovery with NICABM (The National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioural Medicine) Impact of Child Sexual abuse with Into the Light and a member of IRCT (Institute of Recovery of Childhood Trauma. In addition, she is certificated with SIRPA with chronic pain and currently studying for her practitioner certification.

She is an international speaker, inspiring other survivors to know they are not alone and that recovery and healing are possible, by having to have a voice. She hosts workshops, 1:1 coaching, and a peer-to-peer support group with a blended approach of both online and face to face.
