The beginning of the year can feel a bit like a crazy Monday morning. You look at all the things you put off at the end of last year and realise that you have SO much to catch up on!

Here are three tips to help you find your flow as you get started this year so that the heaviness of a Monday morning can be lifted and you can settle into a year of productivity and presence with less stress and overwhelm and more joy, fun and laughter in this season as a busy working mom.
