Reparenting is all about healing our inner child to create emotional stability, reduce mental illness and develop self-responsibility. The revolution (radical shift) we are asking for starts from the inside out, we must revolutionize ourselves in order to see the change we want in the world. Revolutionize how we see ourselves, our trauma, and our world. After years of chaos and becoming addicted to trauma drama, it is time to reclaim our mental and physical health by getting in touch with our inner children. Here we will be talking about what a reparenting revolution really is and why it is so needed in today’s society in order to create the change we are all craving. In this episode I break down the importance of reparenting from a mental health and societal health standpoint, signs that you have a wounded inner child and 3 steps to meeting and healing that inner child.
