There are so many options out there when it comes to exercising, ladies. How do you know where to start?

You can train at home, you can find a box gym, yoga studio, fitness club, spin studio or watch endless youtube videos. The information is endless. Do you do HIIT, run, lift weights or take group fitness classes? With so many options and information out there, many of us miss the mark when it comes to finding what works for our body.

Today, Lindsey and Shawna discuss the elephant in the room and provide a clear starting point when it comes to individualized exercise programming at Rejuvenating Health. Here are a few highlights form the show:
