What’s keeping me awake? Why can’t I stay asleep? Choices. There are many choices in life. Every moment, we’re making SOME type of choice. Some are as insignificant as, choosing what SHOES to wear? Or as big as having a baby. We have to weigh the pros and live with the consequences. If we choose to drink and drive, we may kill someone. That said, even if we make poor choices, doesn’t mean we can’t feel sad or depressed. Angry or stressed. I had a boss tell me, “that’s your choice,” any time I brought up something I was sad or upset by. Drove me crazy!
Anyway, in this episode, I babble about feelings, choices, screwing up and making mistakes. How different people handle their mistakes. And learning from them.
