You’ve been programmed wrong. Ray “Cash” Care is in the business of pain and he joins this week's show to share why most people need to rewire their mindset to achieve personal growth. A Navy Seal of 12 Years, Ray spent another 8 years as a Government Security contractor before finding his true calling, helping people. He is the Founder of CONQUER, a leadership and team building program designed to push participants physically, emotionally and mentally through perceived personal barriers. Ray was a featured instructor on the History Channel’s “The Selection”, Discovery Channel’s “The Ultimate Soldier Challenge”, BBC’s “Ultimate Hell Week” and was also featured in Academy Award Nominated film Captain Phillips.

Ray gives us a crash course on the four F Bombs that are the foundation of a fulfilling life. He puts Ken through a question and answer to assess his mental programming… it goes poorly. Describes the importance of Winning and LEARNING. Explains why every day is the best day of his life. Opens up about how the hardships he endured in his own life may very well have prepared him to be mentally resilient. He shares the first thing he does every day. Why it’s critical to remove negativity and protect your inner circle. Lastly, he describes the workout regimen that keeps him in peak physical condition.
