Have you ever wondered why certain people only show up when they are in need? Maybe they never give you interest. Many empaths may find themselves working extra hard to please them in an effort to gain some attention, which can be very trigging. This may be a boss or perhaps a long-term romantic partner. Why do they do this and how it reflects their insecurities is evident. It's not you it's them..... Even if people ignore you, you are still a respectable person. You owe yourself to be around people that can communicate with you. You can focus on improving specific social skills that will lessen the likelihood that people will ignore you in the future by determining why they choose to ignore you. But even then most people are poor communicators especially narcissist. This is part of the game plan to use you and take something of value. In this episode I give you 5 tips that will help deal with these types of people. Tune in!
