Max Whittle is the founder of Enactivate, a company that provides practical tools that allow people to understand how to balance their nervous systems.

Max studied Biological Sciences specializing in Neurobiology and spent 18 years exploring Zen and meditation before moving to Japan where he was deeply influenced by the culture.
