I think I am going to keep everything simple these next two weeks and focus solely on the beginning steps of the lifestyle direct changes that a person needs to complete, in order to see and feel a change. In this episode, I have the two steps any person can make to begin to understand what it means to bring consciousness into the daily behaviors of drinking water and breathing. By taking the time to focus your efforts then you can expect some powerful change for healing. Changing your lifestyle around is hard.
