No new Minisode for this week, so we're throwing it back to one of my most popular editions. I had an online coaching client ask me, "at what point in a diet do you risk eating too few calories and start losing muscle mass?" It's a great question and one I don't think people consider enough. Most just worry about the number on the scale going down as fast as possible, but there's a crucial difference between WEIGHT loss and FAT loss. We want to aim for purely fat loss and retain, or build, as much muscle as possible. In this Minisode, I explain the 4 pillars I use with all my clients to do exactly that.
