In this episode of The MindBodyHealth Podcast I take you through some of the strategies and steps I personally use and recommend when fall off the wagon or barely hanging on or haven't even gotten on yet. Before the end of january each year most have already given up on their goals and new year resolutions. Why is this? What's the reason for repeated behaviour? What's the solution? In this episode I explain the psychological reasons why this happens and share with you valuable tips on how to get back on and stay on. I also in this episode remind you of the reasons you want to make changes in your life and speak about your why and your vision. This episode will help you alot whether you have fallen off or not or even if you haven't but it's always good to get reminders of why you need to stay on course.
