Sara Callahan is a fitness and nutrition coach. She joins me to discuss how she was chasing diets and blindly listening to others when they talked about how “you shouldn’t eat dairy,” or whatever the hot food-group-to-cancel was that week -- and how she dove into nutrition and health, took the time to learn what works and what doesn't, and crafted a mindset that works for her and her clients.
