A healer of many forms based in Jamaica, offering herself in service primarily to mothers & elders. Together we explore her own journey of raising daughters, elevating the goddess, having her own “belly births,” caesarean section healing & coming into birth work. She shares many nuggets of wisdom on self care, accountability, how medicine work can serve as an empowerment tool along with coming into greater compassion with oneself and others.
