There is a gap between what you 'know' and how you 'feel'. So you feel bad about it. You tell yourself 'I should be more grateful, my life is good.' 'I should have more patience with my kids'. 'There must be something wrong with me'.

You can’t change how you ‘feel’ by simply reading books and listening to podcasts (not even this one).

You might understand what will help you feel better, but understanding it as a concept will make no difference. We need to live it and integrate it into our bodies.

In this episode I guide you through a simple practice that will allow you to ‘feel’ more of what you ‘know’.
