Welcome to the 5th episode of the ‘Be Brave. Choose happiness’ series. A podcast for courageous, creative people who want to live life on their own terms, doing things that truly make them happy.

It's been a while since I produced an episode as I've been in a phase of reflection in my business and to be honest feeling a little lost. So I have been sitting on this episode for a little while, waiting for the right time to share it, but rather than wait until I have a big plan I thought best to share it with you while I'm in the process so that if you are feeling a little lost or stuck in your creative projects you can feel reassured that others are too.

In this episode I am having an honest and open conversation with my friend and fellow entrepreneur Georgina Jones from Turn Lights On. We talk about money, taking care of yourself when you ARE your business product, challenging the rules of what success should look like, finding meaning in your work again, and the realities of running a business that most people don't publicly share. As the episode comes out it's #timetotalk day in the UK, and so it felt like a good time for me to open up and talk about what's really going in my life and work, rather than just the highlights I share on social media.
