When Natalie Wilson learned that people of color were going missing at disproportionate rates, she decided to do something about it. She co-founded Black and Missing Foundation to raise awareness and help families find their loved ones. Natalie is also the CEO of NWR Communications Group, where she helps nonprofits have a greater impact.
