The Federal Reserve has hiked interest rates at the fastest clip in the history of the United States, which has led to a depleted amount of homes for sale and fewer real estate transaction taking place. Short-term rentals are not the current problem with the housing market, and they're actually a solution for people looking for a more customizable private vacation experience for their family.
