How did he do it? Daniel did it by taking a leap of faith and starting and then building his systems to scale. Daniel used several personal lines of credit and borrowed from his 401K to get started in the Indianapolis market. Daniel currently lives in Hawaii and invests in both Hawaii and in other states in the US. Michael Gerber's book, "The E-Myth Revisited," talks about setting up systems that allow you to scale your business. Daniel Kong’s system includes hiring for different roles and empowering his team to help generate investment capital to buy bigger commercial deals. Spending too much time worrying about safety can stunt your growth, but once you've hit a point where you believe you can do better financially, it's time to make the leap. Connect With Us
