This past week, FOX News Rundown host Jessica Rosenthal spoke to Charles Marino, a senior adviser in President Obama’s Homeland Security Department about President Trump’s border agenda.

Marino explained the scale of the current border crisis and the logistical and legal challenges Trump may face enacting his policies once he takes office.
