This week we were joined by Dan Poulter, owner of Fitness Business Coaching. Dan started in the fitness industry as a PT in 2008 and went fully online in 2018. We learn how Dan set up his mentorship programme to help other coaches and PTs become online coaches, and reflect on the online coaching space and the impact of online coaching since 2020 in the fitness industry.
