Energy is the way you show up for your athletes. It's so much more than being excited and passionate. In this episode, I dive into the 4 areas of focus as energy is concerned, which is a perfect place to audit your personal energy. Second, I review the three ways I improve my energy when it's not as good as I want it.

It's impossible to be high energy, high vibe all the time. But it is important to be aware of how we express energy to our people and how much it matters.
