In this episode of The Dose Paddy is joined by Rob Cumiskey who shares his journey of weight gain, being on Ozempic and more recently undergoing bariatric surgery and the next step in his journey.
Rob has also undertaken studies to now work as a coach via his own company Bennu Health Coaching specializing in supporting clients who may be on / considering their own bariatric or medicated weight loss journeys.
We also ask Rob to share his hints and tips on how to approach the Christmas season which we know can not only be a time of joy, but also a time of increased anxiety around food and social events for so many too.
