I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with Angela Hartlin on compulsive skin picking, after reading her amazing book, 'Forever Marked: A Dermatillomania Diary' which documents her years of skin picking struggle and self-discovery.
Whilst juggling being a new mother and living with chronic pain, Angela openly supports and encourages others in the skin picking community through her Skin Picking Support Group.
This conversation is a long one, because there was so much to discuss! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
