Today I’m joined by James Beckman, MD. Dr. Beckman is a Biochemist, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Adjunct, Associate Clinical Professor-Dermatology Department at the University of Arkansas Medical School. He is also the Founder of Therapon Skin Health. Beckman is the creator of a topical application that stops the progression of a first or second degree burn. We discuss the science behind this burn reversal method, the complexities of working with burned skin, and what needs to be considered when working with a burned patient.
