Today I’m bringing you a solo - Part 2 - on the more messy parts of neurodiverse workplaces - which is every workplace, (if you don’t know by now!). I’m psychotherapist Christina Crowe, and of course I like talking about messy things and invisible things and laying it out on the table so we can all get to it, together. So today’s topic is Neurodivergent Teams: Navigating the Messy Middle of ADHD at Work.

I cover today:

  1. How do the core symptoms of ADHD show up in the workplace?

  2. Why is it hard to manage this between neurotypes?

  3. Why is it important to learn about the cost of untreated ADHD to workplaces?

  4. Some of my ‘hot tips’ to consider for both bosses and employees.

A gentle reminder that this is not therapy, and Christina nor Katie are not your therapist. If you need more one on one support or treatment, please check out the links posted above or our Resources page on our website.
