It feels like we all wear a badge of exhaustion and overwhelm as moms, whether we work or not. If you ask anyone how they are doing they will probably say “crazy busy.” Our society values productivity, time management, goals, achievement etc. We all know that if we continue at this pace of more, more, more, it will just lead to burn out: physically, mentally, socially, spiritually, or emotionally. So how do we stop the merry-go-round if we still need to actually do all the things? In this episode we will talk through the signs of burnout, how to stop the merry-go-round, and how to fit in the things that light us up so we don’t burn out!
