Saurav Malhotra, founder & designer of Rural Futures Frameworks of Balipara Foundation, shares his journey of restoring forests and increasing farmers' income via opting agroforestry techniques. Having experienced the verses of life from various places like South India, the UK, and then Germany, Saurav returned/came back to his roots, North-East India, to revive the dying forests and the local economy. With a team of about 200 village youth Saurav has successfully implemented the rural areas model in Assam and plans to expand it further to the other seven sisters and the world.
