Grace Carson is a Northern Irish runner's household name and we are absolutely delighted to have her feature on the podcast this week! Grace joins us to talk us through her running career so far and opens up about her recent diagnosis with RED-S. Grace talks us through how she discovered that she was suffering from this condition and gives great insight into detection and the road to recovery.
