The Back Straight is back with an action packed episode for number 11! Danny and Michael are joined by the brilliant Seamus McCann from North Belfast Harriers to shed some light on what is in the water over at NBH headquarters! There are tonnes of results to go over and some big stories in the world of running to highlight. Danny chats through some of his training for whichever marathon he finally chooses and we look forward to seeing how our local runners go in the cross country in Portugal next weekend!
