A GP partner and Clinical Director for Primary Care in Sheffield, Ben is passionate about empowering patients to understand the health system in order to improve their experience of care. His main area of interest is exploring how people can reach their full potential through building high performing teams. We explore the role that GP Receptionists might have in better coordinating the care of patients and the benefits of taking a whole system approach.

What role does identifying the flow of work and failure demand have in improving quality of care?
