Choosing ourselves is such a hard thing to do because it is usually coupled with the thought ‘I'm being selfish'; however, if you're not switched on and living well yourself, what good are you to anyone else?
Dr. Trevor Kashey is the founder of Trevor Kashey Nutrition and is the creator of Prestige Labs supplements. His scientific career began on non-small cell lung cancer research at the Translational Genomics Research Institute in Phoenix, AZ during high school, and since then, he has transformed Olympic teams, has consulted for many well-known health and wellness enterprises and is working as a consultant for selected research firms and governments around the world.
Dr. Kashey dedicates his life to education and outreach in the realm of nutrition, dietary supplements, and improving quality of life.
