I'd love to give you a better understanding of intuition in this episode. This is the MOST common question I receive... and before I give you the answer, I'd like to point out some issues with the question itself. You'll learn:
  • What intuition is and isn't
  • The false dichotomy you might accidentally be pigeonholing yourself into
  • The limitations of only doing somatic work and meditation for relationship anxiety
  • How to use your anxiety to communicate better
