My guest today is Rob Nelson! Rob is the associate director of sports performance at University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).

He directly oversees all program design for women’s volleyball, baseball, women’s basketball, and track and field.
Prior that Rob worked at Wofford College, St Francis, and IMG academy. I was first introduced to Rob via our mutual friend and head coach of UMBC, Kasey Crider. Both Rob and Kasey wanted to introduce more of an ecological apporach to the weight room, so we all had a conversation about these concepts. Since then, Rob has been crushing and has taken these ideas and made them his own.
We talk about some of these ideas and concepts in today's episode. Enjoy!
